Products are updated regularly. Before you buy or renew, it's a good idea to check a product's live status.

Check the live status

Visit the Product Status page for an at-a-glance view of which products are up, updating, or temporarily down.

Status	What it means
Undetected / Up	Working normally and available.
Updating	Temporarily paused while an update is prepared.
Down	Temporarily unavailable — check back or ask on Discord.

Statuses change often

A game update can pause a product for a short time while a new build is prepared. This is normal. The Product Status page and our Discord always have the latest.
